(COVID-19) UPDATE
Thank you for choosing Maj-Estic. Yes, we are still open for business, but as we continue to serve and support our customers and community, we will change the following to ensure we provide ease and comfort during this time:
FACEMASKS:
- Please consider other customers, our teammates, and their family’s safety by wearing a face mask – this is required.
- If you choose not to wear a facemask, please call to schedule a curbside drop-off.
Receiving an estimate:
- To receive an estimate, we ask that you pull up to our estimating stall and either honk or call 847-662-0705. At this time, we will open the door for you to pull your vehicle inside
- Once in the estimating stall, please stay inside your vehicle while we collect your information and write your estimate
- To receive an estimate we can hand you a printed copy or send a digital version
Dropping vehicle off:
- If you are dropping your vehicle off for a repair, please follow those same procedures and remove all personal items at drop-off
- A plastic covering will be applied to your steering wheel and seat once repairs begin
Post repair:
- High-touched surfaces will be wiped down and disinfected before delivery
- Our teammates will also be using disposable gloves when working inside your vehicle
